A passionate Business and Hotel leader, Rupprecht Queitsch enjoyed all aspects of the Hotel business for over 40 years; his leadership included assignments in 20 hotels, spread over 3 continents, having been Managing Director for 26 years, culminating in the opening and managing of the Tallest Hotel in the world, and one of the largest in the Middle East, the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai; he headed up luxury hotels in 10 different locations, dealing with a variety of brands, ownerships, market conditions and cultures. Recognizing the tremendous growth opportunities in global tourism, Rupprecht took the initiative to set up a full service Hospitality Consulting Group, enriched with highly developed, skilled experts within the hospitality, finance and consulting arena: the “INHOCO Group” (International Hospitality Consulting Group). Based on endless relations build over many years and in many locations, INHOCO Group enjoys projects in Europe, Africa, The Caribbean, and the GCC.

Some of his past and present engagements include:

  • Operational review, master planning, and design review of hotels’ public and back of house areas;
  • Pre-opening and opening activities of 6 hotels, and over 30 restaurants;
  • Negotiations of management agreements, lease and procurement contracts, managing over a dozen different owner relations, and asset managers, and representing over a dozen different brands;
  • 2 large scale re-brandings of hotels and Food and Beverage outlets;
  • Active engagement in the local communities and businesses he worked in, including being President of Lions Clubs, VP of the American Chamber of Commerce in France, The Czech Republic and The Netherlands, and being on the Board of the BID (Business Improvement District) in New York City;
